SEL CHOOSES TECNOFILIERE TECHNOLOGY SEL (Società Emiliana Laterizi), a company which specialises in the production of floor blocks and thermally insulating wall products, recently concluded a large-scale project to modernise its plant by introducing the wide-exit extrusion. TECNOFILIERE, of Novi di Modena, the company that was the first to develop this technology, supplied new dies to allow production to be converted from single-exit to double-exit operation for floor blocks, while wall products are now extruded with three or four exits.
