CUSTOM-MADE DIES FOR EVERY PRODUCTION REQUIREMENT
Following a commission from a major Asian customer, Tecnofiliere recently produced a special TFE model multiplate die with internal and external braking for interlocking blocks in a 440×250 mm size and with 166 holes.
Given the unusual geometry requested by the customer and the small dimensions of the internal webs, meticulous design work was required for each individual component of the die along with detailed analysis of the construction materials.
