The companies that currently form Cerro Negro –Cormela, LOSA Ladrillos Olavarría and Superglass– rely on modern equipments and infrastructures that assure a brick production able to meet the higher industrial standards in the world. Of vital importance for us is our commitment with quality, together with following our suppliers during the whole process of installation and continuous improvement. Our business relationship with Tecnofiliere started in the mid-1990s, when the new plant was installed in Campana (it used to belong to Cormela, taken over by Cerro Negro last April). At that time we set up a semi-continuous tunnel dryer, modern loading and unloading automatic systems and an automatic control tunnel kiln, which have allowed us to become, even then, one of the most cutting-edge factories of Latin America.
