THE 5-AXIS POSITIONER TECNOSALD
The leading Italian producer of dies for extrusion of clay bricks and related products, Tecnofiliere has designed and built a 5-axis positioner called Tecnosald to perform the operations of die maintenance and welding directly in the brick factory.
The CEmarked machine makes it quick and easy for users to perform routine maintenance on dies without the need to ship them to and from the manufacturer’s workshop and therefore without having to stop production. Tecnosald is used as a positioning device while the operator performs welding manually using his own equipment. The machine is easy to use while guaranteeing complete safety for the operator.
