CONTINUOUS GROWTH FOR LATER-CER GROUP

In Argentina, Later-Cer Group is a solid industrial firm that boasts a long and successful story in the building materials sector. With over 1000 employees and an overall production capacity of 220 thousand tons per month, it holds 60% of the local market and is the leading brick producer in the country.

The Group’s strengths include its ability to choose the best companies for supplying the technology, and then establishing long-lasting and profitable commercial relations. One of these is Tecnofiliere, whose technology – designed with technical configurations customised for the specific production needs – is permanently used in all six brickyards. More specifically, the Tecnofiliere supplies for the Later-Cer plant consist of a differentiated conicity mouth (diameter 850mm) and CF2 dies with a double external braking system, for hollow bricks 12x18cm with 9 exits, load-bearing blocks 18x33cm with 3 exits, and blocks 200×270 with 4 exits. Ceramica Fanelli installed a mouth (diameter 850mm) and CF2 dies with double external braking system, for hollow bricks 8x18cm with 12 exits, 12×18 with 9 exits, and 18×18 with 6 exits, plus the brand new TF 1000 Evo die-washing machine.
