THE NEW ETEX FACTORY IN KOSCIAN
For the new Koscian facility, Tecnofiliere supplied 13 TFI model single-exit dies with internal braking system for the roof tile special pieces line.
The liners all have adjustable thickness to enable the customer to adapt the exit to the needs of the subsequent tile moulding operation. One particularly noteworthy feature is the die for extrusion of tubes of diameter 130 mm, certainly the most sophisticated in terms of design and extrusion. This piece serves as a connection between the
tile and the chimney and must therefore be extremely robust.
