TECNOFILIERE HAS SECURED MAJOR ORDERS IN THE ASIAN MARKET
Tecnofiliere has recently secured major orders in the Asian market. Specifically, the Italian firm has been commissioned to design and produce pressure heads and extruder dies for high-pressure extrusion of largeformat
ventilated façade elements (600×16 mm and 800×30 mm) with 25% perforations.
The 450 mm diameter pressure heads with differentiated taper were made from wear-resistant material in view of the highly abrasive nature of the raw materials handled. They are suitably reinforced to withstand the extreme conditions of use, assuming that an average extrusion pressure of close to 40 bar will be maintained. They are equipped with an external system to control the clay flow by means of hardened steel brakes with high-precision flow guide.
